We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at msanjuan2007@gmail.com. As we operate through dropshipping, please do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide return instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
